Warranty
All new S-series skates are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase; all new Cardiff Cruiser® skates are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase; all new Cardiff Cruiser® longboards are warranted for 120 days from the date of purchase; and all refurbished S-series skates are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instructions for use, poor maintenance, and modification of the product are not covered under the warranty. Proof of purchase required for warranty claims.
Warranty Claims & Returns
Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging your item.
To initiate a warranty claim or return, please email returns@cardiffskate.com with your Order Number and a description of the issue. Photos of product may be required before return/claim approval.
